Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance cobalt-free drier and catalyst with high concentration and low VOC. It is suitable for high solids alkyd-based coatings. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active, organometallic iron complex.
  • It exhibits improved drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.
  • It has the ability to be used in adverse conditions.
  • It is used in all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.
  • Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 is ideal for use in wood, industrial and architectural coatings as well as in printing inks.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.05-3%.
