Ulterion® 120 WD by Ulterion International is 100% active coating lubricant designed specifically to improve the runnability of high speed coating systems by imparting lubricity. It is dispersible in water and provides uniformity to water coatings. Eliminates coating problems like streaking, whiskering, blade weeping and can picking. Recommended for paper coating and textile processing. Its unique molecular composition imparts rheological and water holding characteristics to all types of paper coatings and sizing formulations. The dosage rate of Ulterion® 120 WD is 0.75 – 1.0 % based on pigment solids for coatings and 0.5-1.0 % based on solids of starch or binder system. It should be added during pigment dispersion for pigmented coatings.
