ADINS® Fireproof 80T

ADINS® Fireproof 80T by Tolsa acts as a flame retardant. It is a functional additive based on a natural silicate doped with phosphate-based species which introduces smart fireproofing in different systems.

• It reduces the fire propagation by burning polymer dripping, enhancing the flame retardancy, minimizing the heat release and improving the integrity of the material by means of a very stable, consistent and compact char layer.
• ADINS® Fireproof 80T is suitable for paints and coatings (fireproof gel-coats, fireproof resin-based paints) for water and solvent based systems.
• It can achieve higher protection standards and improves sustainability without compromising performance.
• Offers significant smoke reduction and ATO replacement.
• Complies with safety regulations such as the European Construction Products Regulations (CPR) or the Railway EN45545.
• The recommended dosage level is 1% but depending on the amount of fillers and retardant.
