Rhodafac® RS 960 by Syensqo is a highly ethoxylated acid form of APE-free anionic, phosphate ester-based surfactant. It is a very effective primary emulsifiers for a broad range of commercial emulsion polymers including acrylics, vinyl- and styrene-acrylics.
