Permanent Yellow GRS 80 by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a high-transparent diarylide yellow pigment (Pigment Yellow 174, CI 21098). It offers high tinctorial strength and gloss.
- It shows excellent acid-, alkali-, soap-, solvent- and white spirit fastness.
- It is suitable for paste inks (heatset) and offset process printing (ISO 2846-1).
- In web offset printing, inks based on Permanent Yellow GRS 80 tend less towards misting due to the special viscoelastic behavior.
- In sheetfed offset, particularly in VOC-free formulations, it produces inks with excellent flow properties, but nevertheless high body.
