HEUCOPHOS® ZMP by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is an active multi-level anti-corrosive pigment based on zinc molybdenum orthophosphate hydrate. It possesses improved pigment structure, particle size distribution and dispersibility.
  • The increased water-soluble amount results in a better supply of inhibitive ions over a long time.
  • It exhibits a higher performance efficiency in comparison to conventional zinc phosphates.
  • It also provides pH-stabilizing effect due to basic components.
  • HEUCOPHOS® ZMP is recommended for direct to metal (DTM) coatings, powder coatings and UV cured systems.
  • It is suitable for solvent-based coatings based on short- & medium oil alkyds, high solids alkyds, high solids- & 2K epoxies, epoxy esters and high solids polyurethanes (with low or no VOC).
  • It is also used in water-based coatings based on alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies, 1K & 2K polyurethanes, silicone resins (with low or no VOC), acrylic & modified acrylics, and butadiens.
