Hansa® Scarlet RNC

Hansa® Scarlet RNC by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a toluidine red pigment (Pigment Red 3, CI 12120). It shows good light- & weather fastness properties in full shade, and severely reduced light- & weather fastness in reductions with white pigments.

• It is easy to disperse, and provides excellent acid-, alkali- & water resistance.
• It also exhibits overpainting fastness in nitrocellulose (NC) combination lacquer.
• Hansa® Scarlet RNC is recommended for general industrial coatings, decorative paints, air-drying- & forced dried paints (<80°C), air-drying alkyds, physically drying paints, acid cured paints, and amine cured epoxies.
• It is also used in paste inks (sheetfed), liquid inks (NC alcohol, water-based, polyvinyl butyral), solvent- & water-based packaging gravure and flexographic printing inks.
