Hansa® Brilliant Yellow 4GX by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a green shade monoazo pigment (Pigment Yellow 73, CI 11738). It is similar to pigment yellow 1 but with higher transparency and very good light- & weather fastness properties.
- It offers excellent acid-, alkali- and water resistance.
- It exhibits good overpainting fastness in nitrocellulose (NC) combination lacquer.
- Hansa® Brilliant Yellow 4GX is recommended for general industrial coatings, decorative paints, air-drying paints, air-drying alkyds, physically drying paints, acid cured paints, and water-based paints.
- It is also used in paste inks (sheetfed, silkscreen), liquid inks (NC alcohol, water-based), solvent- & water-based packaging gravure and flexographic printing inks.
