Arctic® Blue 385 by Shepherd Color is an inorganic pigment. It is a rich blue powder produced by high temperature calcination. It is chemically inert, heat resistant and stable to ultraviolet light.
  • It is non-bleeding, non-migratory and non-warping.
  • It is generally used in applications requiring heat-, light- and weather resistance.
  • It exhibits good UV- & visible opacity as well as exceptional durability & hiding power.
  • It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers.
  • It is FDA compliant for coloring articles used for producing, packaging and transporting good.
  • Offers resistance to acid, bases, UV and solvents.
  • Arctic® Blue 385 is suitable for liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions and concrete applications.
  • It is used in high temperature-, coil-, extrusion-, industrial-, silicate-, transportation- and ACE coatings.
  • It is also suitable for ceramic and glass enamels, plaster and facade paints.
