Melhi® NLM by Pinova is a medium hard thermoplastic acidic resin, obtained from the distillation of rosin or modified rosin. Shows quick solvent release and dry time. It has acidic character and is reactive with alkalis and alcohols. Possesses good thermal stability and good compatibility with EVA resins. Melhi® NLM is used in gravure inks. Complies with US FDA 21 CFR 175.105, US FDA 21 CFR 176.210 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.
