EXOdis PC417

EXOdis PC417 by PCC Exol is a non-ionic surfactant with excellent wetting- and dispersing properties. It provides very low mill base viscosity and excellent stability of water-dilutable pigment concentrates. Due to the presence of anchoring groups, it shows a strong affinity to the surface of organic pigments, carbon black and soot.

• It is an APEO-free, highly pure, non-animal tested and environmentally friendly grade with very low VOC & SVOC content.
• It prevents pigment sedimentation and improves the tinctorial strength of a pigment concentrate.
• It offers a very good compatibility with components commonly used in the production of paints and varnishes such as inorganic pigments and mineral fillers, rheology modifiers or anti-foaming agents.
• It also ensures an excellent compatibility of a pigment in the ready-made dyeing product.
• It complies with ADR/RID regulations.
• The recommended dosage level of EXOdis PC417 is 5–25% of the active substance per pigment mass in pigment concentrates, and 0.1–1% in the ready-made dyeing product.
