PAT-ADD LE1477

Supplied byPatcham (FZC)- Last Updated on Jul 8, 2025

PAT-ADD LE1477 by Patcham (FZC) is fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate. Acts as a flow, wetting and levelling agent. It contributes to optimal film appearance. It maintains recoat ability and provides air-release properties. It reduces the risk for cratering, pin-holing, orange peel. It is a highly efficient surface tension modifier for organic solvent borne coating systems. It demonstrates excellent substrate wetting, preventing the formation of craters, pinholes and poor substrate coverage of coatings applied onto critical substrates such as improperly cleaned substrates and low surface energy substrates. It is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free wood and industrial coatings, incl. 2-pack PUR, EP, OEM, auto refinish, paints and varnishes, inks and similar application needing surface tension reduction. Its recommended dosage is between 0.05 to 1.0% as supplied on the total weight of the formulation. PAT-ADD LE1477 is a REACH compliant grade with a shelf life of 24 months.
