MIFAST DISPERVYN VI 5033/15 by MIFAR is highly concentrated red colored naphthol AS-based pigment dispersion (55%) in vinyl chloride/ vinyl acetate copolymer (45%). It is resistant to alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap. It is readily soluble in ketone-rich solvents blends and is suitable for rigid and plasticized vinyl substrates and solvent-based aromatic polyurethane modified inks and coatings. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity, maximum transparency and less bottom effects (no tendency to settling, no flocculation). It is compatible with a wide range of resins. It is not flammable and gives higher product stability on storage. It provides outstanding shade purity and simple cleaning of the plant and prevention of pollution. Its advantages include streamlined production process, great production flexibility, short production cycles, reduced inventory and reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility. MIFAST DISPERVYN VI 5033/15 by MIFAR offers light fastness, higher gloss, good adhesion, brightness, application uniformity, higher pigment concentration as well as dust-free environment in work space allows better health preservation. It is used in flexo- and rotogravure inks for aluminium, vinyl and other substrates as well as in air-drying industrial and heavy-duty coatings.
