MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5033/71

MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5033/71 by MIFAR is highly concentrated red colored naphthol AS-based (70%) organic pigment dispersion for use in flexographic and rotogravure inks. It is dispersed in very low viscosity alcohol soluble nitrocellulose resin (30%). It is suitable for use in wood lacquers and coatings. It has less bottom effects such as no tendency to settling or no flocculation. Its benefits include dust-free environment in work space, higher pigment concentration, reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility and streamlined production process. It provides light fastness, higher gloss and brightness. It offers application uniformity, maximum transparency as well as great production flexibility and short production cycles. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity and higher product stability on storage. MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5033/71 by MIFAR exhibits outstanding shade purity as well as alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap resistance.

MIFAST DISPERTHYL EC 5033

MIFAST DISPERTHYL EC 5033 by MIFAR is highly concentrated red color pigment dispersion based on naphthol AS (50%) in ethylcellulose polymer resin (50%). It provides higher pigment concentration, application uniformity, maximum transparency as well as great production flexibility and short production cycles. It offers light fastness, alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap resistance. It exhibits outstanding shade purity, higher gloss and brightness. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity and higher product stability on storage. It has less bottom effects such as no tendency to settling or no flocculation. Its benefits include dust-free environment in work space, reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility and streamlined production process. It is designed for special wood lacquers application. MIFAST DISPERTHYL EC 5033 by MIFAR is used in flexographic inks for packaging and in both publication and packaging gravure inks.

MIFAST DISPERVYN VD 5033/10

MIFAST DISPERVYN VD 5033/10 by MIFAR is highly concentrated red colored naphthol AS-based pigment dispersion (55%) in hydroxyl modified vinyl chloride/ vinyl acetate copolymer (45%). Its benefits include dust-free environment in work space, reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility and streamlined production processes. It exhibits outstanding shade purity, higher gloss and brightness. It provides higher pigment concentration, application uniformity, maximum transparency as well as great production flexibility and short production cycles. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity and higher product stability on storage. It has less bottom effects such as no tendency to settling or no flocculation. The low softening point of vinyl allows some use in heat-seal lacquers. It is compatible with aluminium, vinyl, cellulosic and treated polyester films for lamination and PE substrates. It is suitable where the printed laminate is exposed to product conservation processes, such as pasteurization or sterilization. It is readily soluble in ketone-ester solvent blends. MIFAST DISPERVYN VD 5033/10 shows good light fastness, alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap resistance. It is suitable for plasticized vinyl substrates, solvent-based aromatic polyurethane modified inks and coatings, flexo and rotogravure inks.
