Fluo HTI-2 by Micro Powders is an economical grade of micronized PTFE wax. Provides superior abrasion-, rub- and temperature resistance. It adds slip, lubricity and block resistance. It imparts heat resistance and doesn't yellow in high-temperature baking applications. Easy to disperse grade that can be incorporated with high-speed mixing. Designed for water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. It is used in powder-, coil-, seed-, interior and exterior can and container-, industrial coatings (plastic and metal), stains, sealers and varnishes as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Fluo HTI-2 has a recommended additional levels of 0.5-2.0%.
