Tykote® 1014 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a carboxylated styrene butadiene emulsion containing low surfactant. It offers excellent mechanical stability and can be applied to a variety of substrates using many different application methods. It has no dispersing functionality in order to comply with European food regulations. It can be used to compound functional coatings exhibiting superior water, water vapor, oil and grease repellency. Tykote® 1014 is designed for printing & packaging, grease resistance barrier coatings and moisture vapor barrier coating.
