LIPATON™ SB 49B40 distributed by DKSH is a binder for sealants and anti-corrossion paints.
  • It is an anionic, carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer latex containing a non-staining antioxidant.
  • It is used for the manufacture of flexible one-component liquid-applied damp proof membranes.
  • It is specially designed to meet environmental market requirements.
  • It exhibits low water uptake and reduced water permeability.
  • It forms an elastic polymer film with good adhesion to mineral surfaces.
  • It is mainly applied in filler-compounded membranes used as waterproofing systems under tiles.
