Doresco® VMS 7336 by Lubrizol is a specially modified acrylic resin especially designed for HVM on paper. It exhibits high gloss, excellent ink retention, high permeability to alkali, and short wash-off time of labels. It also possesses good adhesion to vacuum metallized paper & oxidized aluminium and transfer of overprinted gravure & offset inks. It is recommended as pre-metallization varnish (about 2 g/m2) and as post-metallization lacquer (around 1 g/m2). Doresco® VMS 7336 is suitable for recyclable beer labels printed with solvent based gravure. It can be stored for 1 year.
