Chlorinated Paraffin-70 is an excellent additive type fire retardant with overall good performances. Also acts as a plasticizer. It appears as a white or light yellow resinoid solid, with average molecular weight of 1060-1100. It has good chemical stability, resistance to chemicals, solubility and anti-aging properties as well as good thermal stability. It is mainly used for printing ink, polyester, polystyrene, polyethylene, epoxy resin etc.
