NFC GARD by Lamberti is a water repellent compound free of fluoro derivatives. It is non-ionic, aqueous dispersion of synthetic polymer. It offers high washing fastness and high water-repellency on several textile substrates (AATCC 22 upto 100). It is used in water repellent treatments.
- It can be combined with PUD or acrylic resins in coating pastes to confere water-repellency in quantity between 3% and 6%.
- In order to enhance the fastness of the treatment, the addition of a polyisocyanate (3-10 g/l) is suggested.
- It can be applied by padding in water bath between 30 and 100 g/l.
- NFC GARD has shelf life of 12 months.
