Omnivadd WP 4519 by IGM Resins is a VOC-and solvent-free high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for waterborne coating and inks systems. It is ideal for pigment concentrates with no or low VOCs.
- It deflocculates pigments by means of steric stabilization.
- It increases transparency and reduces viscosity.
- It improves color strength and high levels of gloss can be achieved.
- It is used in wood, plastic, metal, industrial coatings, printing inks and electronics industry.
- The dosage level of the grade is 20-30% of oil absorption value for inorganic pigments, 30-70% of BET value for organic pigments and 60% of DBP absorption value for carbon blacks.
- Omnivadd WP 4519 has a shelf life of 3 years.
