Omicure® U-52 N by Huntsman is a latent accelerator in dicyandiamide cure of epoxy resins in powder coatings. It is an aromatic substituted urea. It reduces time and temperature of curing. It provides good acceleration, long shelf life and maintenance of cured properties in dicy cured DGEBA. Suggested usage level is <5 phr. Omicure® U-52 N has a shelf life of 24 months.
