HYPOX® RK 84L by Huntsman is a reactive toughener and flexibilizer. It is an adduct of solid bis-A epoxy resin toughened with CTBN. It is designed for powder coatings and solvent-based coatings in which it can be the sole epoxy resin component or a modifier. HYPOX® RK 84L improves impact tolerance, toughness, and adhesion to pipe.
