Everflon™ PTFE MV3E by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a robust, versatile lubricant. It has very fine particle size and used in lithographic, flexographic and gravure inks.
- Exhibits good anti-stick & reinforcing properties, low surface energy and reduces surface abrasion, friction and wear in parts.
- Provides good electrical insulation, high resistance to weathering and chemical inertness.
- Offers good rub and scuff resistance.
- It works well even with minimum viscosity modification of the ink.
- It disperses easily using high or low-shear mixers.
- It ensures the maximum retention of gloss and the maximum reduction in coefficient of friction.
- The recommended dosage level of Everflon™ PTFE MV3E is 15-25%
