SIOResin® SIO-7213

SIOResin® SIO-7213 by Guangzhou SIO New Material is a waterborne silicone resin emulsion for high-temperature zinc rich anti-corrosion coatings. It is water-dilutable, low in odor, and free from harmful solvents such as toluene and xylene. It features self-crosslinking mechanism at room temperature which ensures hassle-free application, making it an environmentally friendly alternative that aligns with modern sustainability standards.

• It can withstand extreme thermal conditions ranging from 200°C to an impressive 650°C, with short-term resistance up to 800°C that makes it ideal for durable and high-performance protective coatings.
• It delivers outstanding neutral salt spray resistance that surpasses traditional inorganic zinc-rich primers by over threefold which ensures extended longevity and enhanced protection for metal substrates exposed to harsh conditions.
• SIOResin® SIO-7213 demonstrates excellent stability, with strong dilution, high-speed dispersibility and resistance to acid, alkali, heat, and centrifugation.
• Its superior film-forming properties allow for rapid surface drying at room temperature, providing excellent wetting and leveling performance.
• It offers simple on-site operation, as the two components mix and disperse quickly, resulting in a coating with strong interlayer adhesion, making it highly effective as a primer when combined with other coatings.
