Foamkill 7010 by Fine Organics is an APE-free liquid defoamer for water-based applications. It is easy to incorporate and offers excellent brushability, storage stability and long-term effectiveness. It is much more effective in comparison with most non-silicone defoamers of equivalent active matter. It prevents the entrapment of air, air bubbles or air generated during processing.
- It also prevents pinhole formation during application.
- Foamkill 7010 is suitable for architectural- and texture coatings as well as latex-, silicate- and traffic paints.
- It is used in alkyd emulsion, PU dispersion, pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, alkyd, epoxy primer and topcoats.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% on the weight of total formulation.
