Polycat® 37 by Evonik is a low-emissive amine catalyst. It is a reactive catalyst and is more selective towards the water-isocyanate blowing reaction. Due to its chemical structure, it can reach into the foam, significantly reducing off-gassing over time and amine related odor. Polycat® 37 offers competitive cost in use. It is used for low density, water blown, open-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF).
