Antarol™ L 837 by DyStar is a post-addable defoamer designed to eliminate film defects caused by microfoam during the polymerization process. Suitable for emulsion polymers based on acrylic polymers & copolymers.
- It is dispersed easily and can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process.
- It is water-dilutable before use for ease of addition and provides good leveling & defect-free surfaces.
- It has excellent storage stability and will separate when incorporated.
- The recommended addition level for Antarol™ L 837 is 0.03-0.07% as supplied based on total formulation weight.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
