Nucrel® 699 by Dow is a tough, lightweight, easily processed and flexible ethylene acid copolymer resin. Used for ink modification and in glass and metal coatings. Does not need for plasticizers. Can be pigmented, UV-stabilized for exterior applications and painted or plated for special decorative effects. Offers high deflection temperature. Nucrel® 699 gives strong adhesion to foil, paper, metals and glass, very good resistance to grease and oils, no migration problems, no embrittlement, very good durability, weatherability, low temperature impact and low specific gravity.
