Nucrel® 2806

Tough, lightweight, easily processed and flexible ethylene acid copolymer resin. Used in heat sealable coating, as a base resin for color concentrates and in metal, paper and glass coating. Does need for plasticizers. Can be pigmented, UV-stabilized for exterior applications and painted or plated for special decorative effects. Offers good adhesion to metals, glass, cellulosic and other polar substrates. Can be processed into aqueous amines and alkali based dispersions. Gives resistance to grease and oils, no migration problems, no embrittlement, very good durability, weatherability and low temperature impact, and low specific gravity.
