Parmetol® N 20 distributed by DKSH is an in-can preservative without N-/0-formals. It is free of chloromethylisothiazolone/methylisothiazolone (CMIT/MIT), heavy metals and salts. Suitable for fungicidal and bactericidal preservation of a broad range of water-based products.
- It offers a reduced risk of contact allergy at normal use concentration.
- It is nearly odorless and contains only biodegradable components.
- It is used in dispersion paints, textured coatings and plasters.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3% and pH range is 3-8.5.
- Parmetol® N 20 has a shelf life of 24 months and is available in Australia, Cambodia, New Zealand, Philippines, Spain and Thailand.
