Esacure ONE

Esacure ONE distributed by DKSH is a stable liquid mixture of trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphineoxide and hydroxy ketones and benzophenone derivatives. It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerization of UV curable pigmented systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.

• It is soluble in most common organic solvents, monomers, and oligomers for UV applications while being insoluble in water and is approved for FDA (FCN 772).
• It is used in clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal, optical fibers, food packaging, and powder coatings.
• Recommended dosage level is 2–5% by weight depending on system composition, thickness, and desired cure speed.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
• Esacure ONE is FDA approved.
