DOWSIL™ 3 Additive distributed by DKSH acts as a levelling agent. It is a low viscosity, silanol functional silicone resin for dispersion of inorganic pigment to prevent flooding and floating. It is used as a pigment dispersant in titanium dioxide white base paints during pigment grind or let-down.
