DiaFil® 525 by DKSH is mineral diatomite-based matting agent in paints. It is a low crystalline silica suitable for a wide range of applications. Being a natural mineral product, every deposit has its own characteristics and these results in different coating properties.
- Recommended applications include water-based decorative paints in interior and exterior matts, solvent-based decorative paints, industrial coatings in metal primers and traffic marking paints.
- DiaFil® 525 can also be used in semi-gloss & eggshell, primers, undercoats and furniture lacquers in industrial applications.
- This product is available only in New Zealand.
