Chemark® 1289DW distributed by DKSH is a photoinitiator for waterborne UV curing system. It exhibits favorable stability and compatibility with aqueous solution systems.
- A small amount of Chemark® 1289DW provides excellent curing effects on both white and colored screen printing inks and coating systems, while also offering excellent anti-yellowing properties.
- It can be applied to thick coating systems and daylight curing system.
- It is suitable for clear coatings on wood, metal, plastic, and paper, as well as pigmented coatings for these surfaces.
- Additionally, it is used in polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) and acrylic dispersions.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2%.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year.
