Solution of organically modified siloxane. Is a silicone surface additive designed especially for unsaturated polyester and epoxy resins. Reduces surface tension and therefore provides better substrate wetting. Improves anti-blocking properties, levelling and gloss. Increases surface slip and mar-resistance. Is hydrolysis resistant and offers better compatibility in comparison to normal dimethylpolysiloxanes particularly in polar systems. Helps to prevent curtain-rupture in curtain coating applications. Can be used in water- and solvent-based coatings.
