DELTA DC® 4002 by Delta Specialties is a solution of non-ionic surfactant. Is a non-ionic general purpose dispersion control additive for low-end non-aqueous systems with polarity ranging from low to medium. Stabilizes titanium dioxide, extenders, other inorganic and organic pigments. Improves color strength and pigment dispersion. Reduces viscosity and dispersion time. Possesses high pigment loading and high gloss. Used in decorative paints, low end industrial coatings, pigment concentrates and short-, medium and long-oil alkyds.
