ECO Brij™ S100 by Croda is a 100% bio-based, high HLB, non-ionic surfactant. It is produced from naturally occurring straight chain stearyl alcohol. It is used as a versatile & excellent co-emulsifier for O/W emulsions and aqueous wetting & dispersing agent. This hydrolytically stable grade is tolerant to more extreme pH levels and higher levels of electrolytes. It requires low energy for emulsion formulation. It is compatible with polymeric acrylic/vinylic/UV-, epoxy-, natural oils-, waxes-, polyesters- and polyurethanes systems. ECO Brij™ S100 is used in decorative coatings & paints, inks and industrial & protective coatings.
