Chartwell F-515.71HR by Chartwell International is a stabilized neutralized metal complex. It acts as an increased reactivity amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter. It is supplied as a solution in PEG 300. Exhibits applications in coatings industry as it provides improved adhesion to all metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance, reduction of creep at the scribe and reduced blistering. It provides improved adhesion to plastics, ceramics, concrete and wood. In WB Exterior primers and deck stains, it will eliminate peeling on wood substrate. Chartwell F-515.71HR in foundry cores, it improves bonding between sand, phenolic, urethane and similar binders.
