RHEOBYK® -7503 by BYK is 100% emission-free, 100% micronized, organic powdered rheology modifier. It increases the stability of single component and silane-modified prepolymer systems. It offers strong shear-thinning rheology profile, very high sag resistance and very strong anti-settling properties.
- It offers unique pseudoplastic flow behavior.
- It is used in marine and protective coatings.
- It has good storage stability and stable process control.
- It is compatible with a wide range of solvents and can be used in different coating systems such as epoxy, polyurethane and alkyd systems with simple activation at a low temperature.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% based on the total formulation.
