Polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane. Acts as a silicone based, highly effective surface modifier. Offers improved substrate wetting and prevents cratering. Provides strong increase in slip and a medium to high reduction in surface tension combined with low foam stabilization. Exhibits no adverse affect on coating transparency and gloss. Shows very good compatibility. Used in solvent-borne, solvent-free, and aqueous coating systems like wood coatings, automotive refinish coatings, industrial coatings and in overprint varnishes.
