Octa-Soligen® Manganese 10 by Borchers (Milliken) is a manganese drier based on metal salts of 2-ethylhexanoic acid (octoates) or their isomers. It promotes surface- and through-drying and is usually used with cobalt.
- It is widely used in printing inks, pigmented coating systems, architectural paints, wood coatings, and industrial coatings.
- The recommended dosage level of Octa-Soligen® Manganese 10 is 0.01-0.05% based on solid binder.
