Borchi® Gol 0011 by Borchers (Milliken) is a 100% active, modified polysiloxane flow and air release agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings systems. It can reduce pigment floating and provides barrier properties to the cured film.
  • It is suitable for high-build systems and can be used in combination with Borchi® Gol E2 in epoxies for enhanced flow and deaeration.
  • It improves the surface properties of coatings and destroys air bubbles formed in the film during application.
  • Borchi® Gol 0011 can be used in conjunction with suitable moisture scavengers to reduce the formation of carbon dioxide bubbles in polyurethane coatings.
  • It is effective with all types of coating application methods.
  • It is recommended for industrial flooring-, pipe- & storage tank coatings.
  • The dosage is 0.5-3.0% of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed.
