Borchi® Gen 1252 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high molecular weight, high gloss, VOC- and APEO-free wetting and dispersing agent. It is recommended for titanium dioxide, iron oxide and other inorganic pigments and fillers in water- and solvent-based coating systems.
- It provides high tint strength and contrast ratios, as well as stable dispersion with excellent color development for iron oxide pigments.
- Over 70% titanium dioxide, and 60% iron oxide pigment loadings are possible with free-flowing viscosities.
- Borchi® Gen 1252 offers long-term dispersion stability when combined with Borchi® Gel PN.
- It also offers color intensity, depth & cost-effectiveness.
- It is used in pigment dispersions, automotive-, industrial-, architectural-, wood-, protective- and marine coatings.
- The recommended dosage level for titanium dioxide is 2-3% and iron oxide is 5%.
