Dispelair® CF 902 by Blackburn Chemicals is an effective bio-based (vegetable oil) foam control agent designed for water-based coating, paints and inks. It is an excellent VOC-free defoamer and helps with process productivity. It is made from 86% renewable sources. It is used very successfully in low to high PVC systems. It shows effectiveness over a wide range of pH values, temperatures and at low concentrations. It is mineral oil- and SVHC Label-free with medium dispersibility in water. It is also used in low gloss decorative emulsion paints, paper coatings and plasters. Recommended dosage level would be between 0.1-0.5% in total depending on the severity of the foam problem. Dispelair® CF 902 has a shelf life of 12 months.
