Dispelair® CF 617

Dispelair® CF 617 by Blackburn Chemicals is an effective foam control agent and excellent defoamer for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It is specifically designed for a wide range of aqueous and non-aqueous systems. It is used very successfully to eliminate foam in the production of inks and pigment dispersions. Also, suitable for matt, silk and gloss paints, wood coatings and varnishes. It is effective at very low concentrations and shows low dispersibility in water. Dispelair® CF 617 helps with process productivity. Its typical addition level would be between 0.1% and 0.5% in total depending on the severity of the foam problem. It complies with the indirect food contact regulations listed in 21CFR: 175.105 & 176.210. Also, complies with the Swiss Ordinance Annex 6 and EU regulation 10/2011. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
