Attagel® 36

Attagel® 36 by BASF acts as a very good thixotropic thickening agent. Offers rapid dispersion. Provides thixotropic viscosity build, syneresis (liquid separation) control, pigment suspension, sag resistance, good film build, reduced water sensitivity, improved tint strength/hiding in paints; spatter-, bacteria- and chemical resistance, very good binding and tabletting features and improved extrusion properties. Attagel® 36 gives very good storage stability. Suitable for water- and solvent borne coating systems. Recommended for use in asphalt coating applications, including roof and driveway coatings.
