easy-wet™ 200 by Ashland is an oligomeric alkyl ether polyol, multifunctional nonionic, silicone & APEO-free substrate wetting agent with low foaming properties. It is cost-effective surfactant with very good wetting and flow behavior.

• It exhibits a good balance of low static and dynamic surface tension and helps to minimize defects in coating such as cratering and pin holing with no impact on gloss in coatings.
• The technology used is protected by multiple patent fillings.
• It provides good dispersion of pigments with no water sensitivity issues.
• It is suitable for many general purpose & specialized applications and works well in combination with other surfactants in the formulation.
• It is compatible with a range of formulation additives.
• It meets the biodegradability requirements.
• easy-wet™ 200 is used in printing inks and industrial/ specialty coating applications such as wood-, automotive OEM & repair-, plastic-, coil-, and metal- coatings.
• Recommended for use at 0.2-1.0% (on an as is basis) depending on the formulation.
