ASCOTRAN® H17 by ASCOTEC is a liquid corrosion inhibitor preventing flash rust in all types of waterborne wet coatings. ASCOTRAN® H17 is mainly used to eliminate flash-rusting on ferrous metals, especially on substrates very sensitive to flash rust (weldings, sand-blasted) during drying of the coatings, and as a corrosion inhibitor for metal packaging protection containing waterborne products (paints, cleaners, wood treatment, maintenance products, etc.).
