ASCONIUM® 112 by ASCOTEC is a organic liquid corrosion inhibitor for long term protection of dry film clear coats or paints. It is mainly used in waterborne, solvent-borne coatings & clearcoat based on pure or modified alkyd, polyester, 1K or 2K polyurethane resins.
- It is used either as single product or in combination with active pigments.
- The compatible polymers & resins are acrylics, polyurethanes (PU) and epoxies (EP).
- ASCONIUM® 112 offers good gloss retention, water resistance, corrosion resistance, low blistering and excellent adhesion properties.
